Anti Spam Policy
What is spam?
In the context of electronic messaging, spam refers to unsolicited, bulk, or indiscriminate messages, typically sent for a commercial purpose. I, Alan Wareham, have a zero-tolerance spam policy.
Automated spam filtering
The email system I use and also provide to clients, automatically scans all incoming email and filters-out messages that appear to be spam.
No filtering system is 100% accurate, and from time-to-time legitimate messages may be filtered-out by the system.
If you are a client and believe this has happened to an email you have sent, please contact me and I will investigate the matter.
You can reduce the risk of a message being caught by the spam filters by sending your email in plain text and removing any attachments and ensuring that your messages are scanned before dispatch.
Receipt of unwanted messages from Alan Wareham
In the unlikely event that you receive any message from Alan Wareham that may be considered to be spam, please contact me and I will investigate the matter.
