Product/Service and Price List

All Website Design and Development, General administration and any other chargeable time is charged out in blocks of one hour. Current charge out rate is £120 per hour. One hour is the minimum charge out rate.

Consultancy time is charged out in blocks of one day. Current charge out rate is £960 per day. One day is the minimum charge out rate.

To change the IPSTAG or transfer a domain name the cost is £120 per domain name.

To provide a copy of a website in Zip format including any related databases the cost is £240 per website.

Hosting and related services are charged on a yearly basis in advance. No refunds in full or pro-rate are available for any hosting or related services.

Payment for services and products can be made by Direct Debit, BACS, or PayPal.

If a payment is made to Alan Wareham and then subsequently cancelled, an administration fee of £120 will apply and any services provided by Alan Wareham will cease until the administration fee and any re-connections fees are paid in full.

If a Website or email or hosting services is deactivated due to none or late payment, a re-connection fee of £120 minimum will be applied and must be paid in full before the service(s) is/are re-instated.

No domain names will be transferred to another service provider until all outstanding amounts due to Alan Wareham are paid in full.

All prices are valid for 5 working days from date of written quotation via email.

Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

In addition to the Terms and Conditions, Refunds and Cancellation of services are available subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Refunds will not be issued for those who break the Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Domain name costs and related services or products are non-refundable.

3. SSL certificate costs and related services or products are non-refundable.

4. VPS and Dedicated Server costs and related services or products are non-refundable.

5. Co-location costs and related services or products are non-refundable.

6. Any website design or development costs for work carried out prior to a written cancellation request, setup fees incurred, deposits or initial part payments of any kind are non-refundable.

7. Customers will receive a full refund for all services if notice of the cancellation is received up to 30 days from the initial receipt of the service. Excluded from this are the non-refundable items listed above.

8. Cancellation requests received after 30 days from the initial receipt of service will not be accepted and no refund(s) made.

9. Refunds are issued within 30 working days after a request is made and accepted.
